Open Bracket, Inc. [Codepanel] (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the data and information we collect from users of our website, located at codepanel.io (the “Website”), and related services provided through our Website (the Website and the related services constituting the “Service”).

  1. User Consent. By submitting Personal Data (as defined below) through the Service, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy you should not use the Service.
  2. Age Restrictions. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, for anyone under the age of 18, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction without involvement of a parent or guardian. The Company does not intentionally gather or distribute Personal Data from children under the age of 13.
  3. A Note to Users Outside of the United States. We also retain information on your behalf, such as files and messages that you store using your account on the Service. If you provide us with feedback or contact us via e-mail, for example with a technical support request or in response to an employment opportunity posted on the Website, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to send you a reply, as well as any other information that you submit to us, such as a resume.     2. Changes to Personal Data. You may change any of your Personal Data in your account by editing your profile on the Service. You may request that we delete your Personal Data that we have within our possession or control, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled applicable requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.

  11. Changes to This Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes in the way we use your Personal Data, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Website. Any material changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Website. These changes will be effective for new users of our Service as of the Effective Date set forth at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
